好久没有用 RN 了，又要从头配置环境，当配置好环境之后 yarn android 启动项目会报错，报错内容如下：

metro-file-map: Watchman crawl failed. Retrying once with node crawler. Usually this happens when watchman isn't running. Create an empty `.watchmanconfig` file in your project's root folder or initialize a git or hg repository in your project. Error: Watchman error: std::__1::system_error: open: /Users/xxxxx/Desktop/AwesomeProject: Operation not permitted. Make sure watchman is running for this project. See https://facebook.github.io/watchman/docs/troubleshooting.

重新安装 watchman 和Reset Watchman（watchman watch-del-all）都没有用
最后执行了 watchman shutdown-server 问题解决了。
